Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
I bring my own products and equipment, but if you’d prefer me to use yours, I’m happy to do so. Prices of the cleans do vary depending on if I use your products.
How much do you charge?
Prices depend on the type of clean, the size of your home, and the time required. Please get in touch for a quote.
How long will a clean take?
This depends on the service and size of your home. Regular cleans usually take a minimum of 2 hours, while deep or tenancy cleans may take longer.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all, it’s completely up to you. Many clients provide a key or arrange access, but you’re also welcome to be home if you prefer.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured for your peace of mind. Also, on request I can provide a valid CRB check certificate and references from clients.
How often should I book a regular clean?
Most clients choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleans, but it’s flexible depending on your needs.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or card, whichever is easiest for you. I require payment at the time of the service.
Can I book a one-off clean?
Yes, one-off cleans are available and can be tailored to your specific requirements.
Do you do Ironing?
Unfortunately I do not offer ironing as a service as I put all my efforts into making sure your home is fresh and clean.
